NEED-TO-KNOW
Mats/props are provided at all classes.
Drink plenty of water and try not to eat for two hours before the class.
Please arrive at least five minutes before the start of the class so that we are ready to start at the specified time. This also gives you time to settle and bring the focus inward to your breath and the sensations in your body; to tune in to how you are feeling.
Wear comfortable, light, breathable clothing and be ready to practise in bare feet.
Respect the beautiful silence: no chatting during the class (unless encouraged by me!). Of course, if you have a question, raise your hand and I will come over and have a chat with you.
